A myriad collection of Land and Water rides, Wonderla is one of the best amusement parks in Hyderbad. Located near Exit 13, Outer Ring Road – This amusement park has over 30 rides for family and friends gathering. There are lot of restaurants inside the Park premises so you do not need to worry about your hunger pangs in between rides.
What not to miss :
Recoil : One of the main attraction of the park, this roller coaster accelerates at 80 KMPH in 1 second to dangerous loops and worst still, in backwards! To feel the adrenaline sky-rocket, make sure you step onto this ride.
Maverick : Twist, Swivel and Twist. This ride makes you scream your lungs out whilst twisting and tilting you in your seat.
Fun Racer : Racing down water slide on rubber mats.
Drop and tornado: Set of four water slides which make you slide through series of loop in a tube till a epic drop in shallow pool.
Misson Interstellar : 4k High resolution graphics via laser projection for an ultimate experience in space travel.
Some simple tips for help:
- Wear UV protective sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Kids below 120 cm are free, so please sure to book your tickets accordingly. Also, please let your kids know how to contact you in case of any mishap.
- It is better to wear slippers for water rides, or you have to walk bare foot throughout the park.
- For some of the high-thrill rides, you may be asked to open your chains, glasses, sunglasses and slippers. They have counters for instant safe-keeping. Alternatively, you can carry safety pins and pin your chains to your tshirt.
- Keep yourself hydrated at all times – Carry empty bottle, there are ample water coolers located throughout the park.
- Costumes are available inside the park for Rs 150. Wear nylon or synthetic clothes inside the park. You can carry a small pouch with towel and keep it near the ride counter for safe- keeping.
- Please follow safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and instructions displayed near the rides.
