What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Cycling with friends was my happy place — pure joy, fresh air, and great company.
Then?
Then work slowly crept in, and adulthood (now can we say its the perfect spouse to work) crept in, stole my balance, and quietly parked my favorite ritual.

There’s a certain magic in finding your tribe — those people who match your energy, share your chaos, and still somehow push you to be better. Zakir Khan’s idea of the “chaleability” gang from Delulu Express captures this beautifully: it’s not just about motivation, it’s about belonging to a crew that makes the journey feel less like effort and more like an adventure. Exercise is the perfect example. A solo run can feel like a punishment, but the same distance with the right company? Suddenly it’s a therapy session with cardio. When someone’s infectious enthusiasm pulls you off the couch on your laziest day, that’s not peer pressure — that’s tribe magic. New Year resolutions often die in January because we try to carry them alone. But with a friend anchoring your “Healthy me, New me” pledge, accountability becomes affection. You show up — not just for yourself, but for them.

Life, of course, loves a good curveball. A bad week, a rough month, an unexpected setback. But when your gang absorbs the blow with you — laughing, problem-solving, or simply being present — the hit lands softer. So find your people. Guard them fiercely. Because growth is sweeter, struggles are lighter, and every ordinary Tuesday feels like a celebration when you’ve found your tribe.
