Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

The COVID years were a brutal catalyst, hurling me into unknown territories where the boundaries of my life simply evaporated. As the walls between work and home crumbled, I found myself trapped in a 24/7 cycle, working around the clock until my mental health began to pay the price. I eventually woke up to a jarring realization: I was sprinting in a rat race I hadn’t even signed up for!

One day, the exhaustion finally forced me to sit down and reclaim my narrative. I decided it was time to choose my own battles. I drew a stern, uncompromising line between my professional obligations and my personal sanctuary. It wasn’t an easy shift; two years of pandemic living had conditioned me to be a puppet, dancing to a rhythm set by everyone but myself. I had to unlearn that survival mode and make a fierce promise to change my inner attitude.

Since that day, there has been no turning back. I have reclaimed my agency. I am the one who decides who and what is allowed to rattle me. I have learned to identify what isn’t worth the energy of an argument, and I have finally determined my own “power settings.”

This was not just a schedule change; it was a reclamation of my soul. I remember looking at my own reflection and silently telling my mental peace, “I’ll be right back.” And then, with a genuine smile and a clear boundary, I went right back in and found it exactly where I left it. Today, I don’t just exist within the chaos; I navigate it on my own terms. The “Ordo” in my life didn’t happen by chance—it happened because I stopped being a puppet and started being the architect of my own peace.

Stop letting the chaos dictate your pace; reclaim your boundaries today and find the order waiting within your own peace. Share how you reclaimed those boundaries?
