Based on Caroline Kepnes’s book, this series is an extremely addictive psychological thriller. It starts as a romance and slowly dismantles itself into something deeply unsettling. Joe Goldberg is written so seductively that you root for him before you realize what you’re doing. Five seasons of obsession, new cities, new victims. Seasons 1-2 are unmissable. It drops after that, but still quite well watching.
Breathe on Amazon Prime
IT made me eat my skepticism about R. Madhavan in a thriller role (Talking about Season 1 only). The real genius is that you know the culprit from the start — but the ethical weight of why keeps you riveted. Amit Sadh as Kabir Sawant adds a parallel arc full of quiet heartbreak. Eight episodes, zero filler.
Asur on Voot
This is one of the best series on Voot. It is arguably the best original production on the platform. A psychopath using mythology to justify violence. A forensic team racing against time. Just when you think you’ve identified the killer, the show blindsides you completely. The final episode delivers a genuine chill.
A.I.S.H.A My virtual Girlfriend on Arre
This series is undoubtedly one of the best digital Sci-Fi thriller Original series streaming on Arre. It’s the underdog on this list. An introvert coder creates an AI companion for company — and she falls in love with him. Three seasons of increasingly layered consequences. For a sci-fi thriller on a smaller platform, it punches well above its weight.
Criminal Justice on Hotstar
Four seasons, one constant — Madhav Mishra and a broken system. Each standalone story exposes India’s judicial maze — red tape, prison brutality, media trials. Pankaj Tripathi carries it all effortlessly.
